Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items that are damaged, used, or returned outside the 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
